One thing I enjoy doing is collaborating with other creative people. Especially when I am asked to do something outside of my comfort zone. This piece was designed by a local Portland artist. I was able to test my machining and programming skills with this piece. There were a lot of factors that had to be considered when machining these parts, like being able to machine the pieces in half and making sure they fit together to form the perfect shapes.
